Family really loved this place!
The staff were phenomenal! ! Amy handled a scary situation next door like a pro and even took the time to write us a personal apology letter with snacks! And Mr Earl and his harmonica brought so much joy to my kids. they still talk about it! It's not every day you find such warmth in hotel staff. It made our holiday memorable!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, the experience was worth every penny.

missingWrote a review on Feb 04spacious receptiondowntown accessnoise disturbances
The location offers easy access to downtown attractions and eateries. The first-floor reception area provides a spacious vibe that encourages guests to relax in the evenings while enjoying the free newspaper.
Rooms faced a main street, resulting in noise that might disturb light sleepers—traffic and street life kept things lively, often too lively for rest. Construction was ongoing, making the hallways less than tranquil, with loud saws and sanding disrupting breakfast time. My room wasn’t fully prepped, featuring a lock issue and missing amenities like a trashcan and shelves. The elevator's renovation raised questions about its suitability for guest usage, especially during busier periods.
